Privacy Policy

FarmCoins is operated by the FarmCoins project. This policy explains information handled when you visit the site, create an account or play. For privacy questions, contact support@farmcoins.online.

Information we handle

• Account details: farmer name and email address. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes, not as readable passwords.
• Verification and security data: hashed, expiring email codes; session identifiers in a secure cookie; and limited request data used to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
• Game and payment-request data: farm progress, game settings, marketplace activity, FC wallet ledger entries, withdrawal amounts/statuses and BEP-20 payout addresses, plus top-up transaction references submitted for verification.
• Technical data: Cloudflare may process connection and device information to deliver and protect the service. Turnstile is used for bot checks.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security checks and the D1 database. Resend is used to send account verification and recovery email. These providers process information as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy notices.

Withdrawal requests and their payout addresses are stored in the FarmCoins D1 database and made available to allowlisted administrators for review. Top-up verification is not automated in this build; a submitted transaction reference alone does not credit FC. Do not send funds unless the game provides valid payment instructions. A future Binance integration may process and share payment information with Binance; it is not active in this build.

Cookies and storage

The account service uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical storage for bot prevention. FarmCoins does not clear your browser storage on each visit.

Use and retention

We use information to operate accounts and saves, send requested security emails, support gameplay, and protect the service. Account and game records may be retained for as long as the account and service are active. There is currently no self-service account deletion; game reset may leave a historical save record. Contact support for privacy requests. We will assess requests under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for security, dispute or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can contact support to ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with your account. The service is designed for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children.

International use and changes

FarmCoins can be accessed from many countries. Service providers may process data in locations different from yours. This policy may change as the service develops; material updates will be posted here with a revised date.

Before launch, confirm the operator’s required legal disclosures, retention practices, payment-provider arrangements and user-rights process with qualified counsel.
